LLC “PASCAL MEDICAL”

The goal of the project is to create an advanced Russian high-tech industrial complex for the production of sterile medical products of a single use.

To implement the project in the city of Dubna, medical products of a single use developing and manufacturing enterprise is being built. The corresponding investment partnership agreement was signed within St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) with the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov.

The project has several stages:

· at the first stage, a full range of single-use injection syringes production is planned, including insulin and tuberculin syringes. Production capacity is planned to be 450 million pieces per year

· at the second stage of the project, production of infusion and transfusion systems is planned

· in the future, the production of vacuum systems for the collection of blood and urine, syringes prefilled with saline for the washing of intravenous catheters and the intravenous catheters themselves, which are currently not produced in Russia, are in the queue.

Our production is a full cycle production, including own sterilization and own production of medical needles. These factors will allow producing medical products meeting all national and international standards requirements in the field of good manufacturing practices (GMP). The GMP standard reflects a holistic approach, regulates and evaluates the actual production parameters and laboratory verification.

Quality control of incoming raw materials and component materials, as well as of finished products will be carried out using modern analytical equipment. The testing laboratories of our company will conduct more than 100 kinds of tests per shift.
