Creation of a competence center for the development and implementation of new highly efficient on-board electrical equipment repair technologies of existing and prospective aircraft of domestic and foreign production, as well as special equipment intended for their repair, testing and adjusting.

The purpose of the project is to create a competence center for on-board electrical equipment repair of existing and prospective domestic aircraft and other on-board systems to provide aircraft construction and operation companies in Russia and CIS with modern technologies for repairing electric generators, starter generators, starters and their control systems, rectifiers, converters electric energy, lighting equipment. The onboard electrical equipment is intended for installation on airplanes, helicopters, aircraft engines and auxiliary power plants for the purpose of operation within the object during its life cycle with the possibility of carrying out routine and repair work. The onboard electrical equipment provides electric power generation from the onboard primary and secondary power sources and power transfer through the switching and distribution devices to electrical energyconsumers, provides the solution of lighting tasks.

The created center will produce:

-technological documentation, including on-board electric generators repair maps, starter generators, starters of their control systems and rectifying devices regulation, static converters, lighting equipment, technological equipment for testing and debugging;

- manufacture documentation for the special equipment for repair, testing and debugging of on-board electrical equipment;

-special rigging and tools for repair, testing and debugging of the on-board electrical equipment;

- research, products testing and certification, programming, on-board electrical equipment maintenance and repair services.

The use of innovative technologies for on-board electrical equipment repair by CJSC“Promtech-Service” will allow customers - the main developers, manufacturers and operators of aircraft and helicopters - to reduce the labor intensity and duration of manufacturing, repairing, servicing the aircraft, thereby reducing the cost of using aircraft for the end user, increasing operational aircraft economic efficiency.
