JSC “SEZ TIT “Dubna” has an authority for land plots, located in the special economic zone (SEZ), owned by the State or Municipality on the basis of the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia No. 118 as of March, 5th, 2013.
In accordance with part 2 of article 32 of the Federal law of the Russian Federation as of July, 22nd, 2005. No. 116-FZ "On special economic zones in the Russian Federation" land within the boundaries of the SEZ may be provided for temporary possession and use solely on the basis of the lease agreement.
On the basis of Regulations, approved by the Ministry of economic development of Russia Order No. 281 as ofMay, 16th, 2012,the land lease contracts are concluded with legal persons, having the status of special economic zone resident.
Land lease contracts with other persons can be concluded on the basis of competition (auction).
