The special significance of the visit is emphasized by the participation of Mr. Ihab Nasr, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the Moscow Region Government and the Russian Export Center.
During the visit, aspects of cooperation on a grand project - the creation of a Russian industrial zone in the economic zone of the Suez Canal will be discussed. The visit program includes an inspection of the infrastructure of the two sites of the special economic zone, visits to the enterprises of the companies PASCAL MEDICAL and PROMTECH-Dubna, acquaintances with the projects of other residents, the conditions of their activities in the Moscow region.
At the end of the visit, it is planned to conclude a cooperation agreement between the Dubna Special Economic Zone of the technology-innovative type and the General Directorate of the Economic Zone of the Suez Canal. It involves the exchange of experience in attracting investors, the implementation of their innovative projects, as well as the exchange of information and the organization of joint events. According to Anton Afanasyev, General Director of the JSC “Dubna” Special Economic Zone ”JSC, such a mutually beneficial partnership will make it possible to use the potential of the territories to create new high-tech enterprises, competitive developments and new jobs.
