On the left bank territory of the special economic zone "Dubna" the resident "Radioelectronic Mechanic-Optical Systems" drove the first pile at the future research and production complex basement. Representatives of Moscow region government, JSC "SEZ", JSC "SEZ TIT" Dubna ", science city, CCI of the city took part in a significant event for the company.
- I want to thank the investor for the fact that it was this territory that was chosen for the business development - Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region - Minister of Investments and Innovations of the region Denis Butsaev said at the solemn event. - The company belongs to the category of small and medium business, which is especially valuable for the region, which pays special attention to the development of this direction. The facility is relatively small, but serious for the research and production complex. The investments volume will be about 200 million rubles, and about 100 workplaces will be created. At the same time, we are talking about high-performance, high-tech workplaces. With the pace set by "REMOS", we expect that this year the construction will be completed and the facility will be put into operation.
Before the start of construction, the company "REMOS" adjusted its business plan to the direction of indicator increase. In the new version, the project investment volume was increased, the area of the rented land and objects to be constructed by the resident was doubled. The new complex is planned to be put into operation in two stages:first - the production building of 1200 sq. meters at the end of this year, second - the scientific and administrative building of the same area in late 2018.
It should be reminded that"REMOS" company became the resident of special economic zone "Dubna" just over two years ago. A team of specialists came to the SEZ in order to implement on its territory a project to develop and produce devices for generating and recording emissions, components for them, as well as developing special tools necessary for the production of these instruments and components. Innovative products are designed for both civil and special applications.
Until now, the activities of the resident located on the leased areas of SEZ "Dubna" have been concentrated not only on the future construction design work. Specialists of the electronics department were engaged in the development, as well as in the improvement of structures, including production localization on the domestic element base and optimization of its technology. A full range of works was carried out on the design of instruments and special equipment components, starting from the development of draft projects and ending with the release of finished design and technological, as well as accompanying documentation.
A great job was done, and today prototypes of products can already be "touched by hands". It is a hyperspectrometer intended for the diagnostics ofmain gas and oil pipelines, underground gas storage facilities, exploration works in construction, used in prospecting geology, for diagnosing highway and railways, monitoring of bridges, airfields, power transmission lines, cartography and even medical pathologies diagnostics. Another development of the REMOS specialists is monophotonic UV-C sensors, which can be used to measureatmosphere ozone concentrations, stratosphere studies, and forest fire monitoring.
- In the context of import substitution state policy and growth of foreign products prices, the policy of our company is primarily aimed at meeting the demand of domestic consumers, - says Sergey Koryevkin, CEO of LLC“REMOS”. - The products are competitive with imported analogues both in price and quality. Their distinctive advantages from foreign analogues are a wider dynamic range, better spectral and temporal resolution, increased climatic stability due to the use of new optical crystals and high-performance electronics.
In the beginning of 2018, "REMOS" plans to launch a serial production of innovative products. And with the reach of full operational capacity it is planned to take about 20% of hyperspectral systems market in Europe.
