Project of resident "ForMat" involves the construction of the scientific-production centre on the right-bank site with the area of 1,500 square meters. The company is planning the production of fine powder compositions and products obtained by injection molding. According to General Director of "SPC "ForMat" Igor Turuntaev such technologies, got a title of PIM technologies in the world allow to obtain thin-walled structures of complex shape without machining by injection molding and are in demand primarily in the aerospace industry, transport engineering, machine-tool construction.
Currently, the entire volume of fine powders for PIM-technology is imported, and the technology of their production in Russia is absent. So it will be the only domestic enterprise in Moscow region of such a plan. Innovative technology of Dubna resident has many advantages – it makes cheaper and accelerates the process of fabrication of a prototype or a single item, making them much easier. Investments that the company makes in the project will amount to 110 million rubles, 25 high-tech jobs will be created. The beginning of the first production in the Scientific production center is planned in two years.
