Industry Development Fund provides client-sided conditions for project financing intended to develop new high-tech goods, imported goods substitutions, industrial hardware leasing, machine tool production, digitalization of existing production lines, military-industrial complex-based production of high-tech civilian or civilian-military goods, parts production, product labeling and increasing labor efficiency.

In order to realize new industrial projects, the Fund provides targeted loans at 3% and 5% rates up to 7 years, going from 5 million up to 5 billion roubles (within the limits of main financing programs), stimulating the influx of direct investments into the real economical sector.

Russian IT technologies development fund (РФРИТ) is a non-membership non-profit unitary organization, a fund supporting scientific, technological and innovative activity, created according to the Federal "Law of science and governmental science/technological policies".
