Congress and exhibition center – a complex of conference rooms with the most modern equipment – was created on the basis of SEZ “Dubna” Congress center.Design of meeting rooms and their technical equipment are based on the latest developments in the field of conference services and information technology. Halls are equipped with presentation equipment, which gives opportunity of holding events with maximum convenience and comfort:
- Large conference hall – transformer with a capacity of 200-450 people with audio-video support and simultaneous interpretation system into four languages and video conferencing. Thanks to the sliding roller partitions hall-transformer can be modified. This allows you to change the size of the hall, seating arrangement and capacity with full soundproofing of the rooms. Hall has a unique panoramic windows with a magnificent view over the city and SEZ "Dubna"construction territory.A café for coffee breaks and receptions is located nearby. For events broadcasting there are LCD paneland sound reinforcement system “sound-sphere” installedin the cafe area.
- Small conference hall with an area of 186 sq.m and a capacity of 80 seats is a perfect place for conferences, meetings, business meetings, video conferencing.
- Two meeting rooms with areas ranging from 77 to 83 sq. m. can comfortably accommodate up to 20 participants at one table and up to an additional 20 invited people in separate chairs. Located nearby two VIP rooms for 10 people are suitable for negotiations in a narrow circle and for dignitaries’ comfortable stay during the break or after the conference.
- Three meeting rooms can accommodate up to 40 people, and three equipped classrooms for seminars and classes in groups of up to 45 people.
- A specially equipped room with an area of 220 sq.m and over 1,000 sq.m of first and ground floors of the Congress centre building are opened for exhibitions. Modern exhibition equipment is available.
