2001

By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 21.12.2001 No. 1472 the city of Dubna as a science city of the Russian Federation is assigned the development of the priority directions of scientific-technical and innovative activity, experimental development, testing and personnel training.

2005

2007

Additionalagreementasof 22.01.2007 totheagreementNo. 6680-ГГ/Ф7 as of 18.01.2006 about special economic zone of technical-innovative type “Dubna” placement on the two land plots is concluded. Opening of sport center “Raduga”, located on the left-bank territory.

2008

Congress-center construction is complete. First resident enters his office.

2009

Construction of a production and maintenance base is complete, which includes builders temporary accommodation town and the mortar-concrete unit. Construction of the first dorm for resident’s employees is complete.

Permission for commissioning of substations No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 and high-voltage cable lines is obtained. Construction of transformer substation 110/10/10 kV begins.

2011

Agreement on financing of infrastructure objects creation on the territory of special economic zone of technical-innovative type in Dubna city of Moscow Region is adopted.

Resident company “Promtech-Dubna”, part of the holding “Industrial Technologies” inaugurates a plant for serial production of harnesses for aerospace industry.

2013

Construction of the engineering building for development of the technology of manufacturing products based on track membranes with a total area of 1.5 thousand square meters on a site of Laboratory of nuclear reactions in Joint Institute for Nuclear Research is complete. First three streets, located on the territory of new industrial zone, get their names.

One of the streets has a traditional name – Bolshevolzhskaya, second is named after outstanding physicist-theorist in the history of local and world science L.D.Landau. The memory of scientist A.N.Sisakyan, RAS academician, who was a head of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research for many years, is also perpetuated.

2015

JSC “SEZ “Dubna” becomes a partner of Aerospace track within federal accelerators of technological start-ups GenerationS. This cooperation will contribute star-up success and development of aerospace cluster on the territory of SEZ.

Resident company ‘Svyaz Engineering KB” announces start of its commercial activity – new printed circuit board plant starts to receive orders.

2016

Resident of SEZ “Dubna” company “Eyliton” (is part of “UNIMED” group of companies) opens production of vacuum and capillary tubes on the left-bank territory SEZ.

2017

November – the plant of the company of the SEZ "Dubna" resident "PASCAL MEDICAL" was put into operation for the production of single-use injection syringes.
November – SEZ TVT "Dubna" won first place in the rating of investment attractiveness of special economic zones of the country.

December – the construction of infrastructure facilities on the left-bank site of the SEZ TVT "Dubna": sewage treatment plant No. 1, boiler room No. 1, road and customs infrastructure.
