In order to get a land lease right the applicant has to submit an Application
For the decision on granting the landlease right to SEZ “Dubna” resident and conclusion of the agreement the following documents are required:
- Application on the provision of land lease (standard form of Application);
- The document confirming powers of the person signing the Declaration (power of attorney certified in the prescribed manner; the document of the person authorized to act on behalf of legal entity without power of attorney) (certified by the resident of SEZ "Dubna");
- Copy of extract from the UniformState Register of Legal Entities, individual businesmen;
- A copy of the legal entity or individual businessmenSEZ “Dubna” resident registration certificate (certified by the resident of SEZ "Dubna");
- The extract from the Unified register of real estate rights and transactions on the provided land plot (plots) 3 copies (issue date less than 1 month);
- A copy of the agreement for activity operation on the territory of SEZ "Dubna" (certified by the resident of SEZ "Dubna").
